OUR TRAVEL PLANNING SERVICES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

  • discovery of a client’s personal travel style

  • creation and ongoing management of client travel profiles, including travel preferences, frequent flyer memberships, hotel loyalty programs, and trusted traveler information

  • trip consultation and recommendations

  • research, design, and reservation of a customized itinerary

  • access to our global partnerships

  • destination and travel information

  • guidance regarding necessary travel requirements

  • itinerary and travel document preparation

  • Personalized travel advisor support and advocacy before, during, and after your trip for reservations arranged through our agency.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS & PREFERRED BENEFITS:

Already have a hotel in mind? Straightforward hotel-only reservations generally do not require a planning fee. Through our preferred hotel partnerships, qualifying bookings may include complimentary breakfast, hotel credits, upgrades, and other exclusive amenities, subject to availability.

For travel requiring additional research, customized planning, or coordination of multiple services, our planning fees apply.

FEES ARE BASED UPON THE COMPLEXITY OF THE TRIP, AND ARE QUOTED AS PART OF A CUSTOM TRIP AGREEMENT SENT AFTER THE INITIAL CONSULTATION.

Hourly rate for Concierge Services, Additional Research, Multiple Revisions | $150/hour
Purchased wholesale/net airfare ticketing/change fee (per person) | 15% of fare
Cancellation Fee (per person)  | $200

*Custom travel planning fees are based on the agreed scope of each trip and include up to four hours of research and planning. Additional destinations, significant itinerary modifications, or multiple revisions may require additional time at $150 per hour. Any additional fees will always be discussed and approved in advance.

*Travel assistance for reservations arranged through our agency is complimentary during normal business hours. After-hours assistance is subject to availability and billed at $100 per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Airline change penalties, fare differences, applicable taxes, ticketing or exchange fees, and any additional airline or service provider charges are separate and will be advised prior to processing whenever possible.
